§1Guardianship as Architecture
Parents are essentially acting as guardians for their own dependent children and need to appoint future guardians to take their place if something should happen causing the replacement of the parent. Naming a guardian is the easy part. Funding that guardian, defining standards of care, and coordinating with the family trust is the work.
